Lacy E. Holly, III Attorney
Founder and sole share holder of the firm, Mr. Holly, has extensive background in real estate transactions, foreclosure, commercial litigation, bankruptcy, small business transactions, and estate cases.
A graduate of the Marshall Wythe School of Law at the College of William & Mary, Mr. Holly has been practicing law since 1992, and is admitted to practice in Delaware, New Jersey, Maryland, and Pennsylvannia.

Kathleen DeLacy Attorney
An associate at the firm, Mrs. Delacy has extensive experience in estate administration and estate tax planning, as well as experience in real estate transactions and civil litigation. A graduate of Widener University School of Law, she is licensed to practice in Delaware, and has been involved in the Delaware State Bar Association Sections of Taxation, Probate & Trust, and the Committee on Law and the Elderly. An Associate at the firm, Mr. Morton conducts legal research and drafting and is active in civil and criminal litigation. A graduate of Widener University School of Law, Mr. Morton is a member of the Maryland State Bar, and the Delaware State Bar. Eileen Messick Secretary
The firm's primary receptionist, Ms. Messick handles nearly all communication into and within the firm. Her duties include filing, communications, and greeting clients in reception. She formerly attended the University of Delaware, and is active in the community through the Mid County Business & Professional Women's Club, ACT, Inc., Republican Committees, Ducks Unlimited, and her church. Shane Dilworth Paralegal
A paralegal in the real estate department, Mr. Dilworth is also a full time evening division student at the University of Widener School of Law. He received his Bachelor's Degree from Temple University, and taught Spanish in Philadelphia public schools prior to continuing his education at Widener. His responsibilities focus on preparing real estate transactions for closing, working with lenders, brokers, and clients to ensure that each real estate transaction is complete and accurate. A paralegal in our real estate department, Ms. Tyler is a graduate of the University of Maryland, and is a licensed Maryland realtor. She has experience working as a paralegal for both the Maryland States Attorney and the Montgomery County Bar Foundation's Pro Bono Program. Her responsibilities focus on preparing real estate transactions for closing, working with lenders, brokers, and clients to ensure that each real estate transaction is complete and accurate. Kristine Hamberger Legal Secretary/ Office Manager
Legal Secretary to Lacy E. Holly and Kathleen DeLacy, Ms. Hamberger also manages all administrative matters of the firm. She is a graduate of Pierce Junior College, and attended the University of Delaware. Her duties include scheduling appointments, drafting correspondence and court filings, and overseeing all personnel and firm administrative matters.
