Lacy E. Holly, III Attorney
Founder and sole share holder of the firm, Mr. Holly, has extensive background in real estate transactions, foreclosure, commercial litigation, small business transactions, and estate cases.
A graduate of the Marshall Wythe School of Law at the College of William & Mary, Mr. Holly has been practicing law since 1992, and is admitted to practice in Delaware, New Jersey, Maryland, and Pennsylvannia.

Gene W. Morton Attorney
An Associate at the firm, Mr. Morton is an experienced litigator handling a wide variety of criminal and civil matters. He also practices in the areas of real estate, bankruptcy, and estate administration. A graduate of Widener University School of Law, Mr. Morton is a member of the Maryland State Bar, and the Delaware State Bar. Eileen Messick Secretary
The firm's primary receptionist, Ms. Messick handles nearly all communication into and within the firm. Her duties include filing, communications, and greeting clients in reception. She formerly attended the University of Delaware, and is active in the community through the Mid County Business & Professional Women's Club, ACT, Inc., Republican Committees, Ducks Unlimited, and her church. Gail Wagner Paralegal
A paralegal, Ms. Wagner has earned an associates degree in Criminal Justice and a certificate in Paralegal Studies. She has experience in the areas of estate and trust planning and administration, business planning and formations, civil litigation, income tax matters and litigation, and 1031 tax deferred exchanges. Her passions include her family, theater, costume design, antiques, teapots and Irish claddaghs. She is active in the community through local theatre, civil war reenacting, and living history. Kristine Hamberger Legal Secretary/ Office Manager
Legal Secretary to Lacy E. Holly and Kathleen DeLacy, Ms. Hamberger also manages all administrative matters of the firm. She is a graduate of Pierce Junior College, and attended the University of Delaware. Her duties include scheduling appointments, drafting correspondence and court filings, and overseeing all personnel and firm administrative matters. A paralegal in our Real Estate Department, Jen attended University of Delaware and has over 15 years of Residential and Commercial Real Estate experience. Her responsibilities focus on preparing real estate transactions for closing, working with lenders, brokers and clients to ensure that each real estate transaction is complete and accurate. Erica Crile Law Clerk
Ms. Crile is responsible for conducting legal research within all areas of the firm. Her duties include drafting memos, case management, and assisting in real estate and litigation matters. She is currently enrolled in law school at Widener University School of Law where she plans to graduate in 2013. Ms. Crile is a graduate of University of Delaware where she majored in Political Science and Philosophy, with minors in Leadership and Business Administration. Outside of the office, her interests include spending time with family and friends, going to the Delaware Beaches, and attending country music concerts.
